Looking to sell a brand new, unworn designer item?
If you're an existing LUNORA client or have been referred by one, you're eligible to submit your item for direct buyout.

🔒 Seller Requirements:

All items must be:

  • 100% authentic

  • Brand new and unworn

  • Have tags attached and be in original packaging

  • Include the original purchase receipt

💼 How It Works:

  1. Email us at lunorashop@outlook.com with:

    • Clear photos of the item, packaging, tags, and receipt

    • Your desired selling price

  2. Our team will review your submission and respond with our offer.

  3. If you accept, ship your item using tracked and insured delivery.

  4. Upon receiving and authenticating the item, payment will be made via PayPal within 2 business days.

⚠️ Please Note:
Used or damaged items will be returned at your expense. Inauthentic items will be disposed of and the sender permanently banned from selling with LUNORA.

📦 The Consignment Option

Want to market your item to our global luxury clientele? Consign with us and let LUNORA handle everything from photography to promotion.

🔒 Consignment Requirements:

  • Brand new and unworn

  • Have tags attached and be in original packaging

  • Include the original receipt

📸 The Process:

  1. Email us at lunorashop@outlook.com with detailed images and the original receipt.

  2. We'll provide a price recommendation based on current market trends.

  3. Once approved, ship your item via tracked and insured courier.

  4. We’ll professionally photograph and list it on our website and social media platforms.

  5. When the item sells, you’ll receive 75% of the final sale price, paid via PayPal or bank transfer.

📌 Please Note:
Items must remain listed for at least 30 days before a return can be requested. Return fees are £15 (UK) and £40 (international) – customs & taxes not included. Inauthentic or used items will be returned at your expense or disposed of permanently.
